A man in Minneapolis Minnesota threw a 5 year old boy off the third floor of the Mall of America. The boy is suffering from life-threatening injuries. The man has been in trouble with the law before. He has had mental health issues. They have a lot of witnesses and video of what happened. The fall was about 40 feet. They are still investigating and charges are pending.
What do you think the man should be charged with? I think the man should be charged with attempted murder and get the maximum sentence possible.
What do you think your reaction would be if you were the parent? I would be so scared if I saw my child get thrown.
