JFK Assassination

It’s been 60 years since America's youngest president; John F. Kennedy was assassinated. John F. Kennedy was born on May 29, 1917, and raised in Brooklyn Massachusetts. He was the 35th president of the United States and ran for the Democratic party, and his vice president was Lydon B. Johnson.  John Fitgelrd Kennedy was in his third term of his presidency, he started in 1961 and his term ended in 1963 when he died. Johnson. He was assassinated on November 22, 1963. This happened when JFK was touring the state of Texas with his wife First Lady Jackie Onassis and the Governor of Texas John Connally when he was assassinated.

JFK was 46 years old when he was shot and killed. He was riding in one of Henry Ford's presidential Lincolns, which were leased to the white house for residential use. JFK was assassinated by a man named Lee Harvey Oswald. Just two days after the assassination a local nightclub owner found and shot Lee Harvey Oswald on November 24, 1963. No one has any clue as to why Oswald killed JFK, nobody knows the motive or the reason behind it to this day. People have many thoughts as to if Lee Harvey Oswald was working alone, or if he had help.

Some people believe Lyndon B. Johnson the vice president had something to do with it. Personally, I believe that Oswald worked alone on this one, I think he didn’t like JFK as a president and wanted to eliminate him or take him out of office.

Do you think Lee Harvey Oswald did this alone?

What would your reaction be if someone was shot right next to you?

Have you heard of the JFK assasination? If so do you have any conspiracy theories?

  • Love the topic but your summary is just too brief to do this topic justice. Be sure to continue commenting until Thursday night as well.

  • I think that Lee Harvey Oswald could have accted alone but I feel like there is a good chance that he might have been working with someone else as well. I would probly be scared if someone was shot right next to me especialy because you don't know where the shot was even fiered from.

  • If someone got shot next to me I would be in complete shock and would not know what to do with myself. Its scary how many shootings happen now days and you just never know what could happen. I have heard of the JFK assassination.

  • I feel like Lee Harvey Oswald could have done it by himself but I would not doubt that he had some backup, or some people to help him. If someone was shot right next to me I would try and help the person, as dumb as it sounds... I would still try. I have heard of this before.

  • I dont think that Lee Havey Oswald did this alone. I just dont think that he had a good reason to do it, I think he was doing it more for someone else. I have heard of the assasination but I don't have any conspiracy theories about it.

  • I don't think the Lee Oswald worked alone to do this. If someone got shot right next to me, I would be in shock and not know what to do. I have heard about the JFK assasination before and I heard alot of theorys about it, But i don't belive them.

  • I think that Lee Oswald either worked alone or with a very small group. I think that his reasoning was that Kennedy did things that he didn't like. If someone was shot right next to me I would be very alarmed and try to protect myself so that I don't get shot as well.

  • He didn't worked by himself I think he got help. I would be scared and help that person if they are still alive because it's not right to shoot someone for a non reason. I don't know much about it but it sounds very upsetting.

  • I dont think he worked by himself. I would be super scared also shocked, and i would dial 911 to alert the police to come and help. I have heard about the JFK assasination, and i dont think i have any conspiracy theories.

  • No i feel as if there had to be more people involved to get a job like that done. I would probably run away as fast as i could or retaliate and try to fix the situation becuase when I'm older im going to get my lisense to carry. Yes i've heard about JFK many years ago I don't really follow with  conspiracy theories at all so I don't have a opinion on it.
