2nd new deal: 1935-1938 dealt with the class conflict of society help the individual

What was the New Deal(1st and 2nd) and it's goals(3 R's)? Relief, Recovery, Reform. Relief gave a bank holiday all banks close on that day. Gave money to bulid. Gave money to build damns, ports, bridges and etc. Also relief for people. Recovery help
