Should tay-k be freed

Tay-k is an american rapper who started his music career in 2014, he released two albums. Soon after in July 2016 he was charged with home invasion and a man named Ethan Walker. Later on he was released on house arrest and awaiting trial in 2017.

Tay-K grew tired of house arrest and cut off his ankle monitor and went on the run. He, soon after a few days, got captured by a U.S. marshall in Elizabeth, New Jersey. In 2019 he was found guilty of murder and was eventually sentenced to 55 years of prison for his 2016 home invasion, and in 2020 was indicted due to the murder of Mark Anthony Saldivar, a man who was killed by Tay-K while he was on the run. and eventually in april of 2025 Tay-K was sentenced to 80 years longer in prison cause of this murder he was eventually found guilty.

Do you think Tay-K should be freed?

    • I agree with you because I think that life in prison is too much. He was 17 at the time and got charged as an adult, when I think he should have been charged as a teenager, like any other teenager that has committed a crime.

  • I think that he is guilty of killing them so he should be in prison. People that do bad things get consequences and that is what he had. He needs to serve the time for what he did. So because of that I think he should not have been freed.

    • i agree with what you said on him serving time for what he did. but I just think he shouldn't have to serve an absurd amount in time in jail like 135 years when he was only 17 at the time and wasn't think straight or wasn't an adult yet.

    • I agree with you, I also believe that when somebody did a crime they should have to pay the crime that the judge assigned to them. If a judge in the right state of mind decided this was the best sentence, I believe it was as well. They have a lot more training than us and have more experience.

    • I agree with you, he did what he did and he should have the consequences he has for doing that. he knew when he killed those people nothing good would come out of it. So i also think he shouldnt be freed.

    • I agree with you except I don't think tay-k deserved 135 years, as he gon be dead by then. Also 80 years for one murder is absolutly devious insane craziness cause it's just a bad as any other murder so why is it worth more years in prison than his own first murders 55.

      • I agree with you he should have to serve his time for the actions he did but like you said 135 years is kinda crazy and he never got to live life as he got arrested at such a young age.
