Today Mr. Bruns went over his powerpoint. Today I learned that vice president Lyndon B. Johnson was in the car behind the car that Kennedy and the govenor of Texas. The secret service agents jumped on top of Johnson just in case the shooter was planning on killing him also. That day Lyndon B. Johnson sworn in as president and Kennedy's wife was standing there with him. Kennedy was put into the ground on November 25th which was also his son's 3rd birthday.I also learned that Lee Harvey Oswald was in the marines. He met Marina in Russia and had a baby named June. He abused Marina alot. When he shot he put up cardboard boxes up in the window so he could hide as he shot. He used paper bags to hide his gun in and as he went in he said it was curtain rods and everyone thought it was. Officer JD Tippet was shot and killed by Oswald. Because he stopped him because he looked suspicious and he shot him. He was arrested in Texas Theatre and he fought back but they eventially arrested him. The Interrogation was done by the police captain Will Fritz.
