Caster Semenya's muscular physique and other manly features made many people curious about her/his true gender. Semenya flew past her competion at the women's World's 800 meter race last month. Testing was put on by the International Association of Athletics Federation to determine the true gender of Semenya.All of the external organs of Semenya were perfectly normal for those of a female, but instead of having female internal organs she had male ones, which resulted in an overdose of testosterone in Semenya. Because of that Caster has a lot of manly qualities. It could be possible that Semenya could be stripped of her medals that she won in Berlin.I think it's interesting that you can grow up not realizing something like that. But I guess it makes sense considering Caster grew up in a poor South African village. I also think its somewhat sad that something like this would happen at this time in her life at this age and be public. Keep in mind that she is only eighteen, so it has to be somewhat traumatic."God made me the way I am and I accept myself. I am who I am and I'm proud of myself."-Caster Semenya
