Today we finished going over Mr. Bruns' powerpoint. First we talked about the magic bullet theory. How it went into Kennedy below his collar then turned and went up then went down after exiting the neck and hit Connally in the shoulder then went through his wrist into his thigh.Then we talked about the grassy knoll. People said they thought they heard something from this area and that they thought they had also seen smoke.Next we talked about the water effect and it caused people not to trust the government.Then we talked about the house select committee. the 1979 report.Doing research on whether or not the government organizations that conducted the investigation did their job(not covering things up)?Then we talked about the conclusions. There were three shots fired. one hit Kennedy in the neck and Connally and then the second one completely missed and hit the ground to the left of the car. The third shot was the fatal one to Kennedy's head.Next we talked about conspiracy. For somebody to pull something off like this they would have to be really smart and have power and have access to things.In the conspiracy deal we talked about how Nixon may have had motive to do something like this.Then we also talked about the weird similarities between John Wilkes Booth and Lee Harvey Oswald.
