Saturday, 9-20-08 was Jammin on the Square. There were alot of great perfomers and bands. The band that had a huge turn out was a local metal band Sistamattix.The lead vocalist is Jodie, on lead guitar is Dave, on drums is LB, on rythm guitar is TJ,on bass is Mike. Sistamattix has been performing in Omaha, Council Bluffs, Harlan, and other local areas. Saturday the band played their cover songs and a handfull of other ones they had written.What alot of people don't know is that the performance on Saturday was there last. Sistamattix has decided to split up after some complications within the band. Everyone in the band agrees that they have reached their goals within the band. They have practiced, performed, and made CD's.Sistamattix has done an outstanding job. They have writtten awesome songs, and become so well known to the 20-35 age group. As they played their last song, tears where shead because they played a slow song talking about remembering them, and how much they love each other. ~Kelsey McDaniel~
