Why should we have metal detectors? I feel we should have metal detector because there has been a school shooting recently and in the past few years.So if we had them we could detect them before anything bad happens and it can detect knifes and what not and lets say somone made a threat then we could eassily and safely figure everything out. The only bad thing is every little metal thing could set it off .
whats your thoughts?
are schools safer with them?

This topic is not a topic I am looking for this semester. It is quite brief and was posted on Thursday.
I feel like the school shouldn't have metal detectors because it doesn't just detect weapons. It could detect countless numbers of things and if someone were to have a gun they would probably come into the school with open fire. Making the metal detectors useless.
