The world's Northern White Rhino population went down a quarter on a Sunday with a death at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. The rhino that died was 41-years-old. It died after being treated for a bacterial infection and age-related health issues. The rhino became very sick in the last 24 hours of her life, and the veterinarians decided to put her down. There are only three northern white rhinos left in this world. They are located in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya. The San Diego Zoo is working to save the northern white rhino subspecies through collecting genetic material and the development of reproductive technologies.

I think that the white rhinos in Kenya should have close watch on them and make sure the rhinos don't get sick or killed for their ivory. This is a sad story, and I would hate to see these rhinos go extinct.

Though it seems impossible, I hope that we can keep this species alive for many more years. And possibly breed them and maybe reproduce enough to release them back into the wild.
Maybe find a way to make them survive and make sure they don't go extinct. I think they should find a way to like bring more back or do something to make them not be so extinct.
yes i would I means like any species if it were dying I would try to save it, I think its wild many of the animals are going extinct. I hope they find a way to save them fast.
I'm not sure there is anything we can do to save them. I want to help but I'm not sure if we could. I think it's really sad that they are going extinct. They are a really cool animal and it will be sad when they are gone
I would do my best to try and get the rhinos to populate again. I know that 3 rhinos are not going to bring back the huge numbers that people want to see, but you have to start somewhere. It's really sad to see so many animals going extinct and it seems like we're the only ones to blame.

I think that the rhinos need to be kept on short watch to be sure they remain okay from diseases and stuff. I think this story is sad but also it is kind of interesting because there is only 3 left.
Put the animals in hiding because some people pay good money for rhino parts. Considering the fact that the rhino is white, makes the parts worth way more.
I think that we just need to keep helping these white rhinos stay alive and possibly reproduce. We need to keep developing technology to help keep this species alive and reproduce. However, personally, I think that the results are pretty much inevitable for this species to go extinct. It's sad because I think this species of rhino is really cool, but I'm not sure how much else we can do to help them.
