Johnny Depp recently filed a lawsuit against his ex wife Amber heard for a defamation trial for over $50 Million.Amber and her legal team recently tried to dismiss the case but the judge denied it after hearing argument on both sides.
Ambers attourney Ben Rottenborn tried explaining why the case should be thrown, he thinks that johnny doesnt have enough evidence to prove for defamation.On May 23rd Amber filed for divorce, on may 27th she filed for a restraining order against him claiming he was abusive.In court she had shown up with a mark on her face,her attourney said in their opening statement that Amber used Milani Cosmetics Conceal +Perfect All-in-One Correcting makeup kit, while she was with Johnny to supposedly hide bruises he had caused.
During the trial thats taking place right now Amber said that she mixed different colors for different bruises as days went on and concealer as well. In a tiktok video Milani Cosmetics contradicted that their product couldve been used cause it wasnt sold until 2017, and there marriage ended a year before Amber filed for a divorce. In the caption they wrote " you asked us... let the record show that our Correcting Kit launched in 2017!" but people are saying that they Heards lawyers were using the makeup she had as an example.Although it does seem like it was mutual abuse there is live proof of Heard abusing Depp. On March 2015 their australia fight ended up with johnnys right middle finger being broken off at the tip. yet theres just bruises that are supposedly to have been made by johnny on ambers face.

Amber Heard's lawyer is awful and objects to his own questions. There's been countless amounts of evidence of her abuse towards johnny rather than the other way around and it shows. It's so funny watching clips of the trial considering johnny was drawing pictures for his lawyer while amber struggled to find any evidence. Johnny Depp will 100% win.
I do think that Depp is going to win the case or the case will be dropped. Watching clips from the trial is honestly hilarious because some of the things they are asking or responding with make no sense. Depp is managing to keep his sense of humor throughout this whole thing.
Depp is 100% going to win the trial. There is too much evidince against Heard to show that she is the one who is getting abused. Depp has too many pictures and videos for her to win. Heard's Lawyer is also a joke he has Objected to his own questions.
I think that johnny will win the court trial and I hope he does win. I do not think Amber is going to win, but I do hope that she get heavily charged and imprisoned because of it. I don't think it will be dropped because it already has many eyes on the case.

Johnny Depp is going to win this trial. Amber Heard is guilty and everyone there knows that, even her lawyers who are awful at defending her. Too much evidence has come to light showing that Amber hurt Johnny and too many people have testified to Amber's abusiveness and Johnny's gentleness. She's an awful woman and she deserves to be put behind bars.

I have no idea who is going to win the trial. I think all the evidence is horrible and it all happened a long time ago. The trial could possibly be dropped but it seems like a lot of money is envolved.
