Recently AI has gotten super advanced by making super realistic videos, making pictures and then being able to make the pictures talk and move, being used in phones and a lot of other things. But it all started in 1950, a person named Alan Turing created the first AI which was also called The Turing Test and was designed to think that a machine can trick humans into thinking that it is human to make it think it has intelligence. Then in the 2010s, AI started getting used more with Amazon Alexa, Siri, and Google assistant. But today, we have a lot more AI in our lives. Recently, Samsung has released their newest phone, the Samsung S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra. The S24 uses a lot of AI such as circle to search, AI used in their pictures to make images look clearer and better, live call speech to text, and it can summarize your notes for you and any page you're on.
Some people are starting to get scared of AI because of how advanced its technology is getting. I understand why some people are becoming scared of AI and some people are calling it the “AI explosion” and I can see why, I feel like late 2022 and early 2023 was when AI really started getting talked about more with ChatGPT. Even Snapchat started using an AI chatbot called My AI, and then Microsoft bing started using an AI chatbot, Spotify even started to use AI called DJ that gives song recommendations based off what you’ve been listening to and recommends new songs that you may have never listened to before or brings back older songs that you used to listen to a lot.
Some creators of AI are actually starting to get scared of the things they’ve created but some people like the CEO of Google, Sundar Pichai, say that AI is one of the most important things humans have created.

I think that it is a little bit scary but also very beneficial to us all. There are definitely many pros and cons to AI but it is soley based on preference. I did not know that it went that far back. I think overall it is beneficial but I know if really scares some people.
I think it is cool the way we are using AI but there is always that thought of robots taking over or running secret businesses in the world because they are smarter than us. I did not know that AI went that far back I suspected that it would've started in the last 10-20 years.
I believe that it's cool how AI can be used, but I also think what we can use it for is starting to get out of hand. I'm worried that if AI advances too much it can make people lose jobs and that would not be good for the economy. I did not know that AI dated back that far.
I think there are pros and cons to either too much or not too much AI. I think hs students are using it too much to do homework assignments. I also think that it will help businesses to send out letters like monthly bank statements. it is kinda scary how accurate AI is getting nowadays.
I think that AI has helped out lots of people but it is starting to become too much for the world because of how much AI is out there. I am scared of how much AI has advanced in the past years because soon they would be able to talk like you, act like you, and chat like you are actually there when you aren't actually there.
I think that AI has helped our world advance in technology a lot but it also has many negative side affected and I am scared of it becoming too advanced. For example, the idea of having AI to generate essays, and do homework for us isn't going to help us improve in the long run.
I think we are getting to much. Its starting to get crazy about how much they know. I'm not getting scared of how much there is. I didn't know that it went back that far and i think that is kinda cool.
I think AI is advancing to the point where it might become too much. I'm not scared of AI destroying the world, but I am worried about jobs being replaced with AI, as well as AI being used for illegal things. I did know that AI has been around for that long.
I think we are getting to much Al in this world becuase all of our cars are going to self driving and our computers are advancing so much we can't even keep up with the new stuff becuase they are coming out with new stuff everyday.
