A 31 year old farmer, Jian Lin, decided to build his very own three-ton tank. The tank is 15ft long, 5ft wide, and 7ft tall. The farmer use to serve in the Chinese navy and decided to take the tank for a test drive through his village in Sichuan province. To make his tank it cost Jian about 40,000 yuan ($6,450).
I think this is pretty interesting! I wouldn't be able to build one for sure. Would you ever build a three-ton tank? If you built one, what would you do with it?

With the time and resources I would definitely build a tank. It would be the ultimate conversation piece.
I feel like there are a lot of possibilities with having your own tank. If I could build a tank I definitely would. This is very impressive.
I think that this is amazing that he built this by himself. I don't think I have time or the brains to build a 3 ton tank alone. I don't know what I would do with a 3-ton tank cause you really can't do anything with them so who knows what I would do.

Why would he do this? I mean, yeah it would be cool to tell people, "Hey, I built myself a three ton tank!" But I don't know why would you need one? Maybe he will sell it, or just drive it around town.
yeah idk what would make someone make one either haha but yeah i agree with you that's probably what he will do with it.
If I was rich, I think I would do this because money wouldn't be a problem. It would be very cool to have and to show to people. Also, you might become famous.
That sounds a little dangerous I mean if anyone can just build their own tank I'm sure there will be people to copy this and takes theirs' out for a 'test run' also aka just going out hurting people for money. I'm sure the government's aware but still seems a bit risky.
no i probably wouldnt build one but if i did i would do what tanks are supposed to and blow stuff up. it would be bad! and fun
