I think that these laws are definitely set in place for a reason and I am glad for it. There would be no way that everyone could all have the same opinions and views on everything, so by setting laws in place to protect people and allow everyone to express their own personal views, they are definitely avoiding a lot of conflict and/or suppression. Everyone does have a right to have their own views, and I'm glad that laws can back that up.
I agree with all of those laws. If what you say is going to lead to a fight, then you shouldn't say it. It's honestly ridiculous that there needs to be a law against saying things that will lead to a fight because I think that should be common sense. I also agree that people should be able to say what they want as long as it is appropriate and won't hurt other's feelings.
