On Sunday, a homemade bomb exploded by Bogota's bullring. The bomb injured two dozen police officers and two civilians reported Colombian authorities. The bomb was said to be left in a sewer outside a new youth hostel popular with foreign backpackers. The explosive device was detonated just a few hours before a scheduled bullfight as police in riot gear were gathering ahead of a demonstration by animal rights activists. It was said that terrorists were the one to place the bomb. Yet others believed that it was the animal right activists. Despite the tense environment in recent weeks, the police all but ruled out that the bullfight protesters were to blame.

They could be responsible for it or they might not. But, I don't think it was terrorists. I think they should gather all of the evidence first before they rule out/confirm that someone is guilty for this. Hopefully they find out who did this. I think that if it was the bullfighting protesters did this that they were just scare people off or prevent the bullfight from happening. But, they should have done that in a completely different way because this could have very well killed somebody or maybe some of the injured did already.
I don't think that the police should just rule that it was the bullfight protesters if they have no proof of it. If they find proof of it then they can go ahead and blame them for it, but everyone is innocent until proven guilty. If it were the bullfighting protesters that did this then I think they were trying to stop the event from happening by setting off this bomb. They probably wanted to make some kind of statement that they were going to stand up for what they believe in in any way they could.
I think that the animal rights activists could very well have been responsible for the bomb. They were angry at the situation and they may have taken there protests beyond the peaceful point. I think if it was them that they were trying to scare the police away so they could get inside and stop the event.
I think it was probably some protesters were the ones to place the bomb. They probably wanted to make a statement against bullfighting, although this is definitely not the right way to do so.
I agree with the police because no one else would really want to bomb a specific bull fighting ring unless they were against it. I think the protesters intentions were to try and prove a point in a not so smart way.

I honestly think is could have been anyone, maybe it was an animal protester that was a terrorist. I think it could have been anyone around. I think they would have maybe just wanted to prove a point that they aren't messing around and want it to end as soon as possible.
That is an interesting thought that you have. That one of the animal protester could have been a terrorist.
