I believe that students should have jobs during high school. It can teach them responsibility and time management, and allow them to gain work experience before having a full-time job. Having a job also helps you understand the value of money and budgeting which will be skills you use for the rest of your life. However, it is important to make sure that the job doesn't interfere with your grades or social life. It is possible to balance work and school if you plan your schedule accordingly.
I believe that high school students should have jobs after school. There are many kids that don’t do anything after school and all they do is sit at home. Also more and more adults are starting to stop working so maybe if kids in high school get jobs, there will be an increase in employment.
There are so many ways that getting an after school job can help you. For example say you want to buy your first car or your first house, you have to learn to be responsible with your money and not purchase something out of your budget. Many people look at their bank account and say oh I can buy the house I have enough money, but what they don't realize is all the other expenses they have to cover.
I completely agree with your statement about being responsible with your money. The more people learn to be responsible and not spend their money on stupid things early. It could help you later in life when you are an adult making more money.
I feel like the pros do outweigh the cons and there are so many benefits to working after school. I also believe that it grows chracter as a person by upping your responsibility and i think that because of this students will be set up to be very successful in life, especially if they decide to open their own business.
I completely agree, however, I feel like kids could undergo alot of stress working after school, especially if they are involved in sports. I do think though that a job is good real world experience and it teaches you many different life skills. I also think the exposure to working with other people can help with students' social life.
yes I think students shoud have after school not only because it learns responisbility but kids can also benfit in other ways it teaches them a value of a dollar when they work for it so instead of asking parents for money they should be using there own and learn budgeting. Jobs could possibily take away from school and family time but you have to find a happy medium unless you dont think school is for you.
I can see how some would say having a job makes it diffcult to finish school work. Sometimes its hard to juggle many things at once. In my opinion we are at the age where we know our abilities. If you don't think you can handle school and a job at the same then getting a job can wait. Learning to manage your time is an important skill that can be taught with doing both thouhgh.
I agree with you on the topic of jobs help you learn skills you will need later in life. Starting work at a young age will provide you with knowledge to carry on into your future. Knowing the value of your own money and also learning the difference between a need and want is very important.
I think that students should have an after school job because it helps them learn responibility. Starting work at a young age sets you up to better succeed in the future. Work can also help with many necessary life skills, such as social interaction and hands on experiences.
