NRA (National Rifle Association) released factual evidence based on crimes that we're committed with a firearm of some sort. Crime rates from 1960's to 1990's had kept steadily rising. This was because there was a push to restrict Handguns, Sawed off- shotguns and also machine guns in 1964. From that point in time the Crime rates involving rape, murder, and robbery have been steadily increasing. More people have been joining the NRA and there has also been a high spike in privately owned firearms and concealed carry permits. Also the AR- 15 (aka the ArmaLite Rifle) Has also been at an all time high for sales due to the aw abiding citizens afraid of having there second amendment rights violated and being stripped of the rifle. Me myself i feel we have the right to own this kinda rifle because its our second amendment right. and the reason we have this right is to defend or selves not only from each other but from the government, whch has a pretty big military if i do say so myself. So if they are allowed to be armed with this style rifle then why cant us civillians who are also law abiding civillians have this rifle. because as an adult without a federal class 3 permit you cannot legally purchase a fully automatic rifle. So you might be thinking well they can just get a bump stock. Well your not entirely wrong and you've probly been watching a little too much CNN to know the difference. Not anyone can own these or legally purchase them.

Yes i believe we should be able to own these style in rifles because a Gun is a tool not a weapon. i believe people are the true weapon and the worst enemy to ourselves. And these facts helped build a greater arguement for me on the debate of gun control.

I wouldn't Restrict any weapon or "gun" for the matter of debate because i feel law abidning people should have the ability to have a gun for certain jobs because every job requires a certain tool for that particular job.

Yes I think citizens should be able to own this weapon, but they should have proper and thorough background checks because it could be used for protetion. I think that it really depends on the person who owns the weapon, not the weapon itself. I wouldn't restict any certain guns.
Yes i agree with you because like you said its our right and its also our sorce of protection against predators as well as our goverment if it where to becomen corupt thats how we are going to fight back
i would not restrict any wepon for law abiding people as long as they pass there back round check they shoud be alowed to carry that wepon
I believe that people should be able to own these types of weapons if extensive background checks are done. However, I do feel that bump stocks need taken away completely. I agree with you when you said that the people are the problem. The guns aren't shooting the people, the people are shooting the guns.
I don't really thing we should restrict them but I feel like bump stocks need taken away because that would make it much safer I think.
1. I feel if you are stable and have had a background check I feel like you should be able to own the gun as long as the person is stable and they are able to control a gun
2. I am not a big gun person so I don't know guns by names but I feel like if they are big guns that are used in war then someone should not be able to use this gun.
Yes i do agree and but i also feel that we do not need fully automatic firearms unless you are ferally registered and have major backround checks and have several mental health evaluations. But AR-15 and M-4 style firearms are already simplyfied down for civillians but they could watch out to selling to mentally unstable people
I think with the right training and lisence any american citizen can own a gun, as long as they are responible with the use of it. I dont know much about guns but either way the gun you have depends on what you want to use it for. I dont think I'd restrict them just because certain things/jobs require differnt guns.
I think that it is our American right to own these kinds of guns, as long as we use them responsibly. I think that people are the reason that these laws are even being talked about.
i think that we as amarican people get the right to own this and other firearms one of the reasons as to why we have not been invaded yet in my opinion if that we have a high amount of firearms in our possesion. i would only restict the stupidly wrong stuff to use if you are not military. like RPG's and other explosives.
Yes i agree because without guns and being able to practice our 2nd amendment right how could we possibly be able to defend ourselves. Because let's face it without the 2nd amendment and those right we couldn't protect our other amendmets
