Tropical storms are formed by tropical waves, these tropical waves are low-pressure areas that move through tropical areas. These tropical waves fuel and modify the thunderstorms and showers. When these waves move towards the west, the air from the warm oceans will rise, which causes even more air to enter the clouds and thunderstorms. The water condenses in the clouds, forming water droplets which release more heat to fuel the storm.
A Hurricane known as Hurricane Oscar was originally a tropical storm but eventually became a hurricane. This Hurricane is said to set foot in Cuba, and many people in Cuba don't have power so they don't have any idea of knowing if a hurricane will take place. This Hurricane is also supposed to set foot in The Bahamas and eventually veer off into the North. Hurricane Oscar has the smallest storm eye of this year and is a very small hurricane. There is a chance that the smallest amount of wind shear (A change in wind speed/direction) could destroy the hurricane or throw it off course.
I think that tropical storms and hurricanes will continue to grow and will not get thrown off course by wind shear. I think these storms will hit Cuba and The Bahamas and will cause damage, but will not be too devastating due to the size of the hurricane.

I strongly agree, even though it is not very big, it is still a hurricane and is dangerous and can still cause damge.
The wind shear might throw the Hurricane off course but I don't know for sure because I have no idea how small it actually is and I'm not an expert in this area of knowledge. I don't think hurricane Oscar will be that servere because of all of the hurricanes that we have already had this year. They were way more huge and devastating so I think this one will just go by kind of nicely.
I believe that global warming, will make hurricans rise and cause more damage over the next coming years. I think that even if the hurricane appears to be small you shouldnt underestamate them and they can grow to be big and dangerous.
If the tropical storm does get strong enough it could start a hurricane if the wind gets over 75 miles per hour. If its likely to happen, yes it could be a serious hurricane or maybe just a small one. Either or, it could be dangerous and people could a should be aware.
it could be, determined on how strong the wind shear is, stronger wind shears could posibley move the storm off corse, but the chances of that happining would be very slim. I strongly know that huracanes are extreamly serious, they have destroyed millions of homes and lives.

No I do not think the wind shear will not nock Oscar off course because wind shear is only for a short amount of time so I don't think it will make to big of a differance. However I don't think the hurricane will be devestading and cuba will be alright through the hurricane.

Scientific facts lead most meteorologists to beleive that hurricane Oscar will be thrown off course by the change in the winds' speed and/or direction, and so it only makes sense to agree with the professionals. I don't think that Oscar's severity will be too high, seeing as its rath small compared to Milton and Helena.
Probably not because of it just being wind but if it gets big enough and strong enough it could alter the hurricane a little bit. It could cause a lot of damage because of how small and underdeveloped some of those countries down in the caribean.
I think that the computers are fairly accurate and that there is a chance it hits land and continues to grow in size to become very serious and if it hits the medeteranian area that it would be devestating.
