Today we started a conversation about the United Nations. I thought that they couldn't start a war because they're a collection of nations. I was then corrected and realized that they could. The 5 major members of the United Nations are U.S., France, Russia, China, and Great Britain. There are 17 other organizations within the U.N. The IAEA is in charge of Nuclear and Atomic energy matters. Thats the only one of the 17 that i actually get.he idea of the United Nations is to keep most countries in the world at peace and prevent war.another subject we talked about was the president of Iran from 1981 to 1989 whose name i cannot pronounce.
