She was diagnosed with aplastic anemia and she developed bone marrow tuberculosis.  On November 7, 1962, Eleanor Roosevelt died when she was 78 years old.

In my mind Eleanor did many great things to help our country with civil rights and other acts of kindness. I wish that she would have been treated with a little more respect by FDR and wish he wouldn't have cheated on her. She deserved much better in my mind. I think it would have been great to have lived during her time and I believe she did many great things for our country.
