Today is Wednesday, and Mr. Bruns was gone. ): We had Coach Bladt as our sub and were told to work on our assigned blogs. Josh Bruck and Markis Schones were the only students that were absent today. Everyone is being very quiet, so everyone must be busy working on blogs. :)I started my blog on Chapter Six, Section Two. The title of this section is The Age Of The Railroads. The main idea of section two is the growth and consolidation of railroads benefited the nation but also led to corruption and required government regulation. One major person that was mentioned in the reading was George M. Pullman. Pullman built a factory for manufactoring sleepers and other railroad cars on the Illinois Prairie.
