In class today we went over the europe country map. I so am going to fail this test!!! I need to remember to study which i forget to. We went over the summary for people who missed yesterday and that was only Nelson. Megan was back so she put her oppion on the assigned blog. She believes that we shouldnt judge the failing nations because we did have a civil war. We shouldnt judge what we went through. That was so true. Nelson's News share was the Iran long nuclear missles(not quite sure how to spell that). Most of the world is scared. I am scared too what is they do send one over here would we be prepared? I dont think we are as of right now but later we might be.After the blog discussion we finished the blog disscussions we went over is Demorcrat/republican issues power point. Before that we went over what our Oral Test questions. I am nerves again. I might have to take it friday people need to offer to go! I also found out how to figure out how many people are in the house. Iowa has 7 electoral votes you subtract two for the sentors and there is how many people are in the house, 5 people are in the house. I never knew that most of the south and and west are republicans! well atleast vote for the republicans. Mr bruns said it is about traditional values and morals. We went into why we have morals which is mainly religens(dont know how to spell). I so didnt know there was a bible belt which is people who are more religious then. The north east always go democrat which i dont think is probably true.Republicans are trying to get George Bush not to be the face of Republicans. I personally thought Bush was a good president. He did what he needed to and got the job done. I didnt know what Laissez-faire system was to stay out of it. Republics are in favor of lower taxes believe in tje trickle-down theory which is to give tax breaks to the rich would would help the rest so the rest of the people could get more jobs and would be more jobs to give. Dont like abortion.Demorcrats are liberal in favor of change. I think some things should be changed and others not. They and willing to increase taxes which i dont completely agree with. They also dont like the government intervening in peoples life and family. Demorcrats are okay with Abortion. Mr bruns also said that if a minor gets pregnant they have one parent know but dont have to have permission to. I kinda agree with that we are in that area. I believe it is the mothers baby, If i had a baby i would keep the baby just because i couldnt kill a baby. they are so so cute.
