Youtube will not work as it has limits on size and length. You can try to compress your video to a smaller size in Movie Maker or some other video editing software. Vimeo Vimeo allows people to upload up to 500 megabytes per week per account. Accounts are free so feel free to make more than one account. Vimeo alos allows for High-Def videos as well. You will need to have a Google account which is free to set up. Google Video allows for the following video formats: We accept many popular formats, such as AVI, ASF, QuickTime, Windows Media and MPEG formats. For example, .avi, .asf, .mov, .wmv, .mpg, .mpeg, .mp4, .ra, .ram, and .mod are all acceptable file extensions. Please note that we currently do not accept Flash files. Specific video codecs we accept include H.264, H.263, MPEG 1/2/4 and motion JPEG. Vidilife This site is free tosign up for and allows unlimited video sizes and length. I have never used it before so I can't vouch for it. Veoh This is a great free site if your video is under 30 minutes. It can take video of any size or length but if a video is over 30 minutes, it requires people to install the Veoh Video Player. We don't want to require that. UStream.tv This site is different from the others as it allows you to broadcast live over the internet as well as record while you are recording. What is nice about this is that it saves it all for you and is ready to be embedded when you hit stop. You do need a laptop and webcam to use this. It requires you to sign up which is free.
