Queen Elizabeth
As many of you all know Queen Elizabeth II passed away yesterday. She was 96 years old when she passed. She was born on April 21, 1926 and took throne in 1956. She has done so many things for England. She was the first monarchy to visit China and help so many people there. I think it is very sad that she had passed but at least she passed peacefully. Now her son King Charles. Her daughter in law died in a reck awhile back. Queen Elizabeth was on the throne for 70 years.
She had many powers such as, to appoint and dismiss ministers. She also could regulate the civil service. She can declare war and make peice and many more. Her goals were to make England a safer place. I think that she has a accomplished that goal and I hope Kind Charles will be able to keep that away. The estament cost per year for the royal family is 100 million.

I feel that Queen Elizabeth's passing will leave an impact on her country and many others as well. She was a great leader, served her time very well, and will leave an impact in history. King Charles will do a great job as king, and knows what he's doing but may have to learn a little more.
I think that is is very bad to see someone die like that, what a great leader she was to the britain. I belive that she has had her time and is time for a new king. King Charles will be a great leader as Queen Elizabeth, but he will have to learn on the go with her passing.
I understand the sadness around the passing of britains longest raining monarch, she achived very much in her long life. She will definietly will go down in history as one of the best monarchs in british history, even though her compitision was not that steep. However, I also feel that we shoulden't have the flag at half staff for her because she was not one of our rulers.
I think it is sad that Queen Elizabeth died. I feel sad for her family and the UK because she was such a big person in their lives. Not only did she have a huge impact on her country but also many other countries too. I feel that King Charles will be a good king because he has had lots of practice.

I think that the queen's death is kind of sad, but it was bound to happen at sometime. She was a very vital person in Britain's government and ran that country a very long time. I personally don't think King Charles will be as good as Queen Elizabeth, but he will be a good king in my opinion.
It is indeed sad but everyone knew it was coming any second. I also agree that King Charles will not be as good as Queen Elizabeth because I personally don't think he will live as long as her so he won't have as much time on the throne.
I think that the passing of Queen Elizabeth is a very important time to remember what a truly amazing person that she is. She served 70 years on the throne being a role model to not only me (with her colorful fashion choices) but with the young people who look up to what an amazing, brave, and strong person she is. You are in fact right she did pass away peacefully, but it still hurts to see someone as important and powerful pass away and at an age SO close to 100. I believe that she is an incredible person that will have affected any people in her long lifetime.
