Puerto Rico has had earthquakes on and off from thrusday. The have been waiting for Trump to sign a Major Distaster, which is where we will be sending them food, money, water, ext. more than four thousend people are sleeping on the street or shelter homes. Puerto Rico hasnt gotten more than $18 milllion dollars in fedral fundings for there hurrician that passed them more than 2 years ago. Now the earthquakes have not killed anyone as reported, but there has been land slides due to the ground shaking and cracking. We will have wait and see if Trump will sign this bill.

I think so beacause we can help them and its is good and a plus for USA is that in future Puerto Rico can count on USA and maybe support USA in something which means USA and Puerto Rico can have very good relationships. Trump should most definetly sign the Major Disaster. They are still repairing and building from the hurricane that just went through and now earthquakes are causing more damage. I don't think we should've sent them money any sooner because the damage had to be surveryed before we could figure out how much money to send them.
