  • pretty soon every state will have this and we will go back to the 70's
  • Since it is claimed to help people, why not give it a chance right? But if it gets out of hand and people disobey the way and reason it should be used, they could like put that person in jail or not let them get a Mary Jane card
  • i agree with zach if its helping people with their problems and it helping them get through it easier then i dont think there is anything wrong wit it
  • If it will help people with an illness I have no problem with this bill being passed, as long as they have a good reason to get it.
  • should bring down the crime rate for those who were smoking it illegally.
  • it will be abused, just like everything else in the world. its illegal, its used. when its made legal, it will still be used. its plain and simple.
    • considering its not illegal everywhere in the world, its not abused in other areas.
  • I am very happy for New Jersey. If marijuana helps people feel better than thats good for them.
  • This is just another step on the way to legalizing it. legalizing it would help the economy and reduce the amount of people in prison for marijuana felonies(including my uncle).
  • I can see the pros and cons of the passing of the bill. I guess that if I had a terrible illness like many of the people who are supporting it, I would push to obtain a drug that could help slow the process of the disease and ease the pain. However, I do also think that this will give many more people an incentive to experiment with marijiuana, especially teens.
