Is the Bermuda triangle real?

There have been many planes, ships, and people gone missing over the bermuda triangle also known as the devil's triangle. The bermuda triangle is located in the western part of the North Atlantic ocean. The triangle reaches from Miami to San Juan( Puerto Rico) to Bermuda (Greater Antilles). It is to be believed that more than 50 ships and 20 airplanes have gone missing over or around the bermuda triangle.

There have been reports of unexplained occurrences, going back to the 19th century. Some ships and airplanes were discovered with nothing wrong with them and others there were no distress signals transmitted and were never seen or heard from again.

No one knows why the ships and planes have gone missing without a trace. But some people believe the reason why they have gone missing is because of “rogue waves” which are waves that are huge waves that can reach up to 30.5 meters (100 feet). Theoretically that could easily be powerful enough to destroy any ship or airplane that was low enough.

In 1945 when flight 19 went missing they sent out a search crew of 5 U.S navy bombers no one on the flight or the navy bombers were ever found or heard from again.

I believe that the bermuda triangle is real and that the waves that can go up to 30.5 meters (100 feet) is the reason that these people, ships, and airplanes have gone missing. I can not prove that the bermuda triangle is real or that the waves are why things have gone missing, but it would make sense of these unexplanable occerances.

Questions:

Do you think the bermuda triangle is real?

If you don't, where do you think all the things have gone?

If so, why do you think all the things have gone missing?

Would you ever fly over the bermuda triangle?

  • I think its just coincidence that happend in the triangle. i think the ships and aircrafts just crashed in the triangle becuase of  the weather or the how the airplans were built, i would not mind flying over on nice sunny day, i think the things that crashed probably went into the ocean

    • That makes since, it could be that they just crashed into the ocean beacuse the way they were bulit.

  • I don't believe the bermuda triangle is real. I think people get supersticous and then lose control of their planes. Also, I think accidents like that happen all the time, however, the bermuda triangle has gotten lots of attention so people notice the deaths more. If I was a pilot, I would fly over the bermuda triangle if it was on my route.

  • I think the Bermuda Triangle is an interesting occurrence with a lot of strange coincidences. It seems to be a rather dangerous part of the ocean of which would give planes, boats, etc., trouble while crossing. I would try to avoid crossing the Bermuda Triangle simply because of the strange disappearances.

  • Yes, the bermuda triangle is real, but who know it could be alien obductions, but anyways, I would fly over i think that would be a cool way to go out, and many people would think that would be scary, but if i had a chance I would definatlly take it.

  • The bermuda triangle is real, it is a place, however I think stories of missing ships and airplanes are over-exaggerated, and generally has nothing to do with the bermuda triangle! Air and water vehicles go missing all of the time, and I think blaming it all on a place doesn't make sense. The fact that bad things happen around there is most certainly a coincidence.

    • Yes, that makes since and burmuda is an island in the U.K so yes thats real but what I was asking about was the storms or the things that go missing in imaginary lines.

  • Of course I think the bermuda triangle is real. I do not think that the things that happen in this area are real. I think that there have been a lot of coincidences in that area that give it a bad rep. I think that there have been unfortunate things that occure in that area, but I dont know what could possibly cause this.

    • It could defintly be a coincident that give the area a bad rep.

  • Even though many plane and boat have gone missing i do not really believe that there is something making all of these airplanes and boats. I still think that they are all in the ocean but it is just bad luck. If i had to go over it, I would not be to worried about it.
