I do think eating breakfast is very important however, I dont usally eat breakfast unless I have a big day of sports. If I dont eat before a morning practice or early competition my stomach often feels empty and it affects the way I preform because I feel sick. Even if I only eat a protein bar I think its a lot better then practicing on an empty stomach.
I leave my house at around 6:15 and don't even have time to tie my shoes because I have to get to work. I have six cats to feed and give freash water as well. You might say just get up earlier.
