A car's governor is a system in your vehicle that limits how fast you can go. The governor makes your car stop putting fuel into the engine when you hit a certain speed. This causes you to go slower. This can be good so people dont go faster than they can handle. A car is limited by the engine's power and the tires you have on your vehicle. Tires are only supposed to handle so much speed, if you exceed that speed your tires could explode. Most cars have governors on them from the factor for safety reasons. Some people take the governor off to go faster. They do this by reprogramming their vehicle.
Some cars dont have a governor on them from the factor. This could make some customers happy but it is also could be bad for them or other people if they try to go too fast. Cars are governed for a reason, because the car is not rated, or it is unsafe by going faster than it is supposed to.
I think cars should be governed at 100 miles per hour because it's not safe to go faster. I dont think there is a reason to go over 100mph because if you crash you are going to die and if you hit somebody else they are going to die too. You only live once so there is no reason to ruin it by doing something you can prevent with a simpal governer.

I think it is a good idea to have cars governed because their is no reason why you would have to 100 mph. It would stop iresponsible people from making dumb decisions. I am not sure if my car is governed, but if it was that is good.

I think a car should be governed because when you are in a car you are capable of comitting homicide at any point. There is no real reason to go any faster then 70 mph in my opion. Any faster and even if the person could react, the car would not be able to stop or turn in time.
I don't really think my car as a governor on it. I think it is a really good idea to have cars governed that way cars can't go out of control. It would be a solution to a lot of dangerous things that can happen during the drive. I don't really know how fast the maximum should be, but I would say the slowest maximum should be 100mph.
