Rose Hill Cemetery, located west of Kirkman, was purchased in 1894. In 1913 an arched gateway was installed. In 1964 due to a road grading project, the original gateway was made unusable and a new entrance was constructed. Many of my relatives on my dad's side of the family are buried in this cemetery.
