Sunday morning (11/26/17) parents of 17-year-old, Caitlyn Frisina, discovered that their daughter had gone missing from their home in Florida. The Columbia County Police sent out a missing person investigation a few hours after the missing person report. It is said that Frisina did a factory restart on her phone and left it at home before her disappearance.
Police are now search for Caitlyn as well as a 27-year-old soccer coach. They are being searched throughout multiple states. Fort White High School, where Frisina goes to school, has not given out any information, but we do know that the suspected man is named Rian Rodriguez. Frisina's parents have said that Rodriguez is a family friend. Her parents have also said that they do not know if she is OK, or if she is in "harm's way".
Update: Caitlyn Frisina has been found about a week later.

My Opinion:
1. I think Caitlyn didn't want anyone to know what she was doing on her phone, and didn't want people to track her or know her location. Maybe she was planning this all along and didn't want any hints to be given out about her whereabouts.
2. Yes. This whole situation sounds a little weird to me. I think if she did a factory restart and left her phone at home she definitely didn't want people to know where she is. I think she had this plan with Rian for awhile. She and him might of had something going on, and him being a family friend makes it seem less likely for that to happen.

I think that she did that so that no one could find her. She was probably planning on leaving for sometime and didn't want to be found. If she didn't do it then the kidnapper could of done it if she had been kidnapped. I think that she could have went with him on her own. Her and Rian could of been planning to run off together so that's why she did that and was missing for a week.
Well she probably didn't want to be tracked on her phone and could've been planning it the whole time. Yes because I don't think she'd restart her phone if she didn't plan to go with him.
I don't know whether or not she did a factory restart on her phone, but either she would have done it or somebody else would have, I'm assuming because I don't think a factory restart just happens. Well if it was Rian that factory restarted her phone, then I don't think she would've gone with him against her will.
So no one knew where she was going and why she was going. Yes maybe because she trusts him because he's a family friend.
I think she probably delected everything off her phone so no one would find her and not be able to contact her becasue she was probably going with the plan they had. I think they had a plan to do something without anyone finding out or getting any information with the reset of the phone and the money spent at gas stations.
I agree that she didn't want anyone to know where she was going or what she was doing with Rian. In my opinion, they definitely had a plan to escape and run off together.
1. I think Caitlyn deleted everything on her phone, so no one would know where or why the two left Florida. There also could've been some other things that she might not have wanted her parents to see on her phone. 2. I think somehow he has convinced her that they are in love because I'm pretty sure they said on the news that they were reported to have a relationship, but it was then denied by the person that said it. Maybe he convinced her to run away with him so they can live happily ever after. It's a hard situation nobody really knows what happened or why.

I think she did not wanted anyone know of her plans and information that she kept on her phone so then the authorities would not discover why she was missing. After discarding this idea that it was a kidnapping and with the information about the guy, I think they both had a relationship and disappeared together to live a life alone and independent.
