Everyone knows Dwayne Johnson, also known as “The Rock.” You either know him from acting, wrestling, or know him for his crazy-insane athletic body. George Farah, his body builder, takes all credit for his body as he has been with Dwayne for his whole career. Randy Scott who is a 35 year old from West Virginia decides he wants a change in his workout. George works with him to help him with eating and working with one certain muscle. Randy says that he’s been told to not eat as many carbs but George told him the opposite. The hardest part for Randy was preparing all the healthy food and wanting to go workout. He now doesn’t drink alcohol, go out, but instead eats healthy and goes to workout for 2 hours a day.
Questions:
- If George Farah contacted you, would you be willing to have him be your personal trainer?
- Would you be more interested in losing more weight or gaining more muscle and why?
- Would it be harder for you to eat healthy or go to gym and workout for an hour?
1.) I would definitely be willing to have be my trainer because I think it would be cool to have Dwayne Johnson bodybuilding physique train me.
2.) I would be interested in gaining more muscle since I think muscle can help you overall with a lot of things.
3.) I think it would be harder for me to eat healthy since I snack on junk food sometimes and it’s hard to break a habit.

Great job!
I would have him as my traner because he has worked witha very strong and big person and if he could help me to start looking like that it would be amazing, and I would love to see how hard and intense his workouts are.
I agree with you that I would love to work with him and yes, he would be very strong. I feel like he would take it at your pace then bump up the intensity. I think it would be fun to see how well you do within a certai amount of time.
If this personal trainer offered to help me get more in shape, I would definitely take him up on his offer. If this guy can help me feel better about my body and make me more healthy, I would work super hard and be committed to losing weight.
I totally agree that I would take him up on his offer. He is super famous and knows what he is doing. I would do anything if he made me feel more healthy and helped me gain muscle.
I mean I don’t usually work out because that’s just not my thing but it could be a cool opportunity I guess. I’m pretty content how I am right now but you could always get rid of something somewhere. As I said before I’m not the biggest “gym” type of person so I think I would rather eat healthy and do an occasional working than working out every day and eating junk food.
I personally think it would be a really cool expierence to have someone famous train you. It would be harder for me to eat healthy rather than go to the gym because I love food.
If he contacted me I would let him be my trainer just like that. I would be more interested in losing wieght and then gaining muscle. It would 6 times harder just to eat healthy.
I agree that I would let him train me. I feel like it's an one time expierence and you could tell people that someone famous trained you. Eating healthy would be so hard for me since I enjoy working out.
I think having a trainer would be cool , I’m not a huge fan of working out and such but it would be nice. I think gaining muscle is what I would focus on because I don’t need to loose weight . I think the hardest part would be getting to the gym because having a busy schedule and trying to get there is very hard.
