Massachusetts is on a rocky road to recovery because of all the fires and explosions that just took place in the cites. Some utility workers 8,600 meters to shut off gas and cleared each home in Lawrence, Andover and North Andovver according to the Governor. They have a long way to go on their recovery but they are pleased to say that people can return to their homes. From these fires and explosions a teen was killed and 60 were injured. After the gas fires occured in three different towns just north of Boston thousands were evacuated and power was lost in 18,000 homes at one point. They did end up launching an investigation on what had caused the gas fires and explosions and its is still going on. So far National Transportation Safety Board Chairmam Robert Sumwalt reported a pipeline controller in Ohio noticed a pressure increase in a pipeline in Lawerence. Also the NTSB an investigating because transportation in case natural gas was present. They will look into operations and saftey at Columbia and its company NiSource and make a timeline of the fires.

Answer: I would be scared if this was happening near me because I would wonder if it would happen in my household. I would probably leave even if I haven't got evacuated yet. I would go somewhere safe and far away from the area the gas fires and explosions were taking place. My family and I would probably stay in a hotel or with family or family friends far away from the fires and explosions.

if it happned in my neiborhood and i was forced to leave id pack up my stuff throw it in my truck and drive somewhere where i know i won't get hurt by the explosions and stay there till i am able to come home if i would be able to go home
If this happened in my neighborhood I would be very scared and I would be afraid and sad to leave my home. If I had to evacuate my house, I would try and go a place where some of my relatives live.
If this happened in my neighbourhood I would be scared and sad that I had to leave my home and town behind. You don't know when you'll be able to come back or if there will even be anything to come back to so I think it would be pretty scary. If I had to evacuate, I would most likely go stay with family in another state or city that was far enough away from the explosions.
i wouldv'e been scared to leave my home. If that was my neighborhood that couldv'e been me or one of my friends killed.
I would be terrified if this would to happen in my neights because I could possibly lose everything and get killed/injured from this incident. If I had to evacuate my home becuase of firea nd gas explosions I would probably go stay with my aunt in Omaha because that's about a couple hours away from where I live so I would know that I would be safe.
If this happened to me and my family we would probably evacuate the area and make sure that it was safe before we went. I would go out of the state or at least out of the "blast radius" so that none of my family and I would get hurt or anything like that.
I would be in shock if this happened in my neigborhood. It would cause havoc and so much chaos because of how scary it'd be. If I had to evacuate my house, I would go as far away from the state as possible. If I had family in another state, I would go there. I wouldn't want to be anywhere close to that area.
If this were to happen near me, I would be very freaked out. I would be worried about the safety of my family and friends. I would definately leave for a while even if I hadn't recieved an evacuation notice because it's better to be safe then sorry. If I was forced to evacuate I would want to get as far away for the area that the gas fires and explosions were occuring so I would probaably go to my grandparents house that's outside of town.
i would try to helpout but i would also try to to get out of the area of the gas leak. i would try try to pack lite but take all the assentials.
