Questions
1. If you were the jury, would you vote guilty or not guilty? Why?
2. How would you feel if you were a family member of Marlene Warren?
Answers
If I were in the jury I would vote for her to be guilty because she was having an affair and it seemed like she would do anything to get what she wanted. If I were a family member of Marlene Warren I would have a variety of emotions, like anger, sadness, and overwhelmed because I would be mad that the killer got away with it for so long, I would be sad at the fact that I lost a family member, and overwhelmed to find out I would never be able to see her again.

Well done Ashley!
If I was apart of the jury, I would find her guilty because the evidence is stacked up against her (including forensics). If Marlene was my family member, I would be devastated, heartbroken, and confused about the motive of the killer; why would a person go up to someone's house and shoot them while dressed in a clown costume? The whole situation is sad and bizarre.
I agree with you, like she deserves to be found guilty but the death penalty is a little far because it's like the easy way out. If she goes to prison, like she should, then she would have to think about the fact that she is in the small confined room because of the actions that she chose.
I think she would be guilty when you get married and give up on your partner thats wrong, wait until your divorced then go to somebody else, during the marriage is wrong. I would be sad, but also knowing that shes in a better place.
I would probably and most likely vote guilty. I would vote guilty because the DNA evidence makes it impossible to say that she isn't guilty. I would feel very angry that someone would do that to someone who is trying to support a family.
I think that you are right because they have probable cause, and some specific evidence that points her to the crime. I think that anyone who lost a family member would be mad if they lost a family member.
guilty because she shot some one with a nail gun and walked away as if nothing happen shes a psycho
i would feel awful yea she cheated on some one but she didn't need to die and definitely not by a nail gun
I agree, she had to be somewhat of in a dysfunctional state of mind to be able to just go kill someone and act as if nothing bad had happened. I think that being killed with a nail gun was a bit excessive.
If I was in the jury I would vote her as guilty because the DNA evidence makes it almost impossible to say she isn't. I would be angry at the lady of course for killing a family member but I'd also be sad depending on how close I was with that family member.
I agree, if she had the guts to kill then she should own up to actually doing the killing. I think that she should pay for the crimes that she committed. Like the saying "You do the crime, you do the time"
