On Saturday, Donald Trump reportedly said that he will be releasing over 3,000 documents from the never before seen JFK assassination file will be able to be viewed by the public. On November 22,1963 JFK was attending a parade in Dallas, when he was shot and killed by Lee Harvey Oswald. The files regarding this horrific event have been confidential for over 50 years. Conspiracy theories have swirled around since Kennedy’s assassination and who his killer(s) may have been. Many of Trump’s advisers and other government officials think that he shouldn’t release these official documents for the countries own good. Trump plans on releasing these documents on October 26th, this coming Thursday. This could change our country’s history.

Great job overall! You could have gone in last night and make a few more comments.
I don't believe in all the crazy conspiracy theories. Although I'd say he was probably shot by Lee Harvey Oswald, I think I saw a video (maybe a documentary) that talked about how it would have been impossible for Oswald to kill JFK without any assistance because of how the entry of bullets compared to Oswald's position relative to Kennedy at that time.
At this point in time, it seems like releasing the documents would be an irrelevant thing to do. Why now? I don't see the point. However, it's interesting that government officials are so opposed to the idea. Unless there is something to hide, why would they care that much?
I think that he was shot and killed by Lee Harvey Oswald during the parade because that is the most common answer and reason to his death. I think its a good idea because it's good for people to know what really happened to a well liked president.
I like your reasoning as to why the documents should be released. I didn't really think about it that way.
I think that he died because Lee Harvey Oswald shot him. I don't think that the government hid much about this case. I think it is a good thing so people can quit thinking that the government is hiding stuff. I feel like if they are releasing the files then they must be confident that there is nothing to hide.
This files must hold something note worthy like the incrimination of a government official or a tie to a possible terrorist group or something juicy or there won’t have been any use in hiding them. I really hope Harvey lee Oswald did commit or at least conspire to kill jfk. otherwise we would have pinned a innocent man to one of the worst travesties to ever happen on american soil. If the government has been hiding a secret for the past fifty years the american people have the full right and access to this sacred knowledge.
I think that Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK because there is evidence pointing to him, and I've also seen a documentary once about this topic. I think that releasing the papers would be good because the truth should be out, and I don't see one reason why it shouldn't be; it is part of our nation's past, and it could provide closure to some people who lived during that time.
I believe that Lee Harvey Oswald shot him, because it seems the most popular answer. Also, it would be pretty ironic if Lee Harvey Oswald was planning to shoot JFK, but JFK had a heart attack or something. I don't believe it's a good idea, because this assassination is in the past and gone with.
1. I think Lee Harvey Oswald killed him because I heard it from the history channel.
2.I think it is good idea to release the files because everyone wants to know what caused the death of JFK.
