As a kid I grew up eating at Burger King, I loved getting a cheese burger with ketchup and mayonnaise, I don't just ordering at Burger King is nostalgic. Way back in 1954, James W. McLamore and David Edgerton decided to make the first Burger King in Miami.
The first Burger King was made 1954, in Miami. James and David created Burger King to help get their food out quickly and soon achieved a good reputation in the Jacksonville area. One year after Burger king was created McDonalds was created in 1955, and ever since then Burger King and McDonalds have been rivals almost 10 decades later they still are rivals. In 1982 McDonals sued Burger King for “false, deceptive, disparaging, unfair and misleading” advertisements, but was unsuccessful.
Burger King was a success because of how fast they could make their burgers, but McDonalds kept up because of the famous kids meals, and how they advertised toys in their meals, not much longer after that Ronald McDonald came along and kept of the fame. Ronald McDonald was created by Willard Scott, who had played Bozo the Clown on TV in Washington DC in 1959.
I personally think that McDonalds has better food, but the nostalgic that comes with burger king is unreal. All those day's going to Buger King getting a cheese buger was a great time, but I loved McDonalds because of the chicken nuggets.

I feel like both places have there pros and cons but I prefer going to Mcd's but I go to BK much more often because I live much closer to BK the I do McD's but they both have there own special menu options that makes them better at diferent times.
Personally, I believe that Mcdonald's is better than Burger King. I feel that McDonald's advertising is smart and gets them a lot of business, especially from kids. My favorite thing to get from McDonald's is chicken nuggets or a strawberry milkshake.
I like McDonalds better because I think it tastes better, but I also haven't had Burger King in a long time. I think that McDonalds would still be popular because they have good options for everybody, not just kids. My favorite food from McDonalds is the ice cream and the chicken nuggets.
Personally, I don't love either of these fast food places, however, I like McDonald's chocolate shakes. I don't think McDonalds would be as popular without advertisements, but they've been around for so long that people would still eat there regularly.
I think Mcdonalds is better than burger king. I dont think that mcdonalds would not be as popular if they did not have adds for happy meals or kids advertisments. My favoite thing to get from mcdonalds is the fires. the sprit for mcdonalds is also the best sprite ever.
I can agree with you about that it wouldn't be as popular if it didn't have happy meals, also I think that McDonalds is better but i think i have more memorys at Burger King.
