Headstones knocked over at a Jewish Cemetery

A man that went to visit his father's grave in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Philadelphia discovered that three of his relatives headstones had been knocked over and damaged. When the police investigated they found that around one-hundred headstones had been damaged. They are hoping that it is just some kids messing around but because of how many were damaged they believe that it could have been targeted. This happened less than a week after a Jewish cemetery around St. Louis had 150 headstones knocked down and damaged. Police are offering a reward to find the people who did this.

When I read posts like this, I really wonder how some people can be so...stupid. Doing this can really effect someone emotionally. if I ever meet people who do stupid stuff like this, I'd probably just slap across the face. Maybe I'll slap the idiot out of them? Some graveyards have security cameras but most don't. The odds of finding this person probably aren't very high.

I really hope they will find them. Maybe the will try to find camera footage of these people walking to and from the cemetery. It was very disrespectful what they did. Those were people loved one and they should have thought before they acted. I'm not quite sure someone would feel compelled to do this, maybe someone wanted to prove a point or revenge? I honestly don't think if it was either of those were the motives, that it was a good idea.

But couldn't they go back though the old footage and look at it? They could look back through and see the kids coming in and out of the cemetery. Assuming that the kids didn't mess with the cameras, I think it would be a good idea to through the cameras. Maybe they'd be able to find the kids that did it.

I hope they find the people who did this because it was an unjust and terrible vandalize . They should be locked up or heavily fined for this crime.  I feel like the people who did this either did this out of hate, or out of spite. It could be that they just wanted to destroy something, but either way the intentions could not have been decent and no decent person would have done this.

I don't know how they are going to find the person who did this it might take a long time for everything to figure it out! They did this because they were probably copying everyone that has been doing this for the past couple of weeks! this is very sad and Donald Trump needs to do more about it! I think there needs to be video cameras or something to save these peoples history!

Set up cameras around the cemetery or do a stake out to find out who did it. Just to send a message or be a troll, or just to make people go into panic.

Maybe the police will investigate see if there was any hand prints of the stones. Maybe the have something against those specific people or this group of people or maybe they were just being dumb.

If the cops look hard enough and send out search parties they might have a chance at catching these people. I think the people that did this didn't like the Jews or just wanted to bring attention on themselves to get noticed.
