this one is all about the Earth
The earth can be seen as a living, breathing organism because it regulates its temp, burns energy, renews it's skin, experiences changes to its face as it ages,
The earth once had a twin. Its name was Theia that was about the size of Mars. The two shared an orbit for several million years, It all ended when one of them got greedy.... kidding. They collided and most of Theia was absorbed into the Earth. This occurance gave Earth enough mass to get enough gravity to sustain a substantial atmosphere. The left over debris became the moon
Pangea is not the first super continent form. There were several before that were together and broke apart. Pangea is only one of the six lost worlds to come and go. (first to last) Ur, Kenorland, Nuna, Rhodinia, Pannotia, and finally, Pangea.
250 million years from now, another super continent will exist.
one half to 3 quarters of the Earths mass is made of matter that would have made seperate planets if not for Earth's 'cannibalism'
without the moon, Earth wouldn't tilt right and we would experience wild climate changes. The pull of the moon is what keeps the planet stable
The Earth was formed, or born, by being hit over and over again by huge pieces of rock. if it had been formed 'nicer' it would have just been a cold dead planet.
within 10 million years of being 'born', the average temp was hot enough to melt the planet, which caused the core to melt into the heart of the planet and left the mantle a bubbling viscious layer

While the Earth has 'earthquakes'... the moon has 'moonquakes'. no other planet has quakes because they don't have tectonic plates.

amazing i didnt know a lot of this to bad earth doesnt have its twin still because maybe if they did we could send all of our crimanals there and let them fend for themselves
i dont know if i can believe some of that stuff.. some of it seems pretty questionable. like the super continent stuff. how can they prove that?
