Trump has accused the government of mishandling the case, writing in a social media post on monday that the justice department should LET FLORIDA HANDLE THE CASE! But Garland rebuffed that telling reporters on Tuesday that his agency will seek to cooperate and get assistance from state officials consistent with the law.
I think it's all planned out for Donald Trump to get killed so that Kamala Harris can become the president and it's all planned out is the way I see it all because he was assassinated two times and there was another attempt during one of his speaking things that's what I think about it

Agree completely. The government is a huge fraud. I believe that Florida should handle this case because, Trump didn't plan it, nor did he want to be involved in this. Therefore it should not be his problem and he shouldn't have to deal with it. I think there are many more liberals out there attempting and plotting there assasanatian attemps on our future president.
I feel like this is a big issue that should be dealt with federally to try to get more done rather than just put a guy in jail maybe they could figure out ways to deter these attempts. I do agree on the idea that there are more people that want to assassinate Trump as he is a huge public figure and politician.
I personaly think that there is a lot more people out there that want to kill trump. Not just Routh. There are a lot more people out there that peobably want to kill trump but they won't do it because they don't want to deal with all the charges if they aren't dead.
I agree with saying there are more people that want to kill Trump but I feel like the people who are even considering assassinating a political figure aren't that concerned with jail time as they would most likely feel that it is worth it for their cause.
I think that Florida should handle the case. The crime was commited in Florida and it was a offense. Trump is hated just like any candidate, people are always going to think differently. So I think there are definitely more people out to get Trump. Not everyone has the same opinion about his views and for some reason people just don't want to see him win.
I disagree that it should be handled in Florida because I feel like that would not do enough because there have been a lot of assassination attempts recently I feel like taking this into the federal government's hands could solve this problem for the long run if they decide that they need to do more than just put an assassin in jail.
