US History: You are to pick one topic that you are interested in that relates to 8th grade US History(Native Americans coming across the land bridge to Recontruction-1877). Research it and do a blog on it.
CWI: You will be assigned one of the two presidential or the two vice presidential candidates(Obama/Biden and Romney/Ryan). Your goal will be to research their background, political beliefs and accomplishments that make them a high quality candidate for office.

Mitt Romney's political beliefs are to end Obama Care and eliminate estate taxes. He opposes same gender marriage, cuttung federal government spending, and reduce tax rates by 20%. His background is that he was the 70th governor of Mass., he had some successful buisness that raises money up to over a million dolors for this campaign. For accomplishments, he raised 65$ million last year for this year's presidental campaign, he is being successful with the votes in every state he has won.
