(Signing of Treaty)On March 20, 2003 we, along with Britain, Australia, and Poland, invaded Iraq. Why, you ask? Because we wanted to quote, "disarm Iraq of weapons of mass destruction (WMD), to end Saddam Hussein's support for terrorism,"(George Bush) unquote. We had military intel. that Iraq was constructing Nuclear Arms. This was in violation of rules and regulations of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty which they signed. Other countries, such as Korea, were also constructing Nuclear Weaponry after they signed this treaty. We needed to come up with a consequence of some sort to prevent these countries from continuing their production of Nuclear Facilities. So we invaded Iraq. It's like kids and a cookie jar. You tell them not to take from it. If they do take from it and all you do is tell them not to again, they're gonna keep stealing those cookies. So, you come up with a consequence, such as a spanking or loss of priviledges, and they stop taking cookies. Iraq had been taking those cookies for too long so we went in and gave 'em a spanking. Im glad we invaded Iraq and are dealing with their nuclear production, and plants, and al that noise.
