A few people took the Canada map quiz, and we finished the third party discussions.
U.S. Debt
The debt is up to $18.3 trillion. We are still considered to be one of the wealthiest countries in the world. How? We do not know. The debt doesn't seem to affect us, but someday it could.

Politics
Trump is still leading the Republican polls, but Carson is gaining more votes by each poll.
Carly Fiorina- Trump said that they should not vote for her because of her face. He says he is not talking about her looks, but her persona.
Hillary Clinton's popularity is going down because of her sending top secret emails from her phone. It could have been hacked or stolen.
In Iowa, Sanders and Clinton are leading.
Trustworthiness poll-
Biden- 91%
Sanders- 86%
Clinton- 64%
Margin of error- In a poll they usually call around 1,000 people. It won't be perfect, but if they are random people around the state, it should be pretty accurate.
We looked over half of the Asia maps and then worked on our political party presentations for the remainder of the period.
Friday-
After a few groups sang the Canada national anthem, we watched a video on 9-11. We are the last class to have been born before 9-11.
We used the rest of the class to work on our political system presentations.
