Monday- NO SCHOOL
Tuesday- NO SCHOOL
Wednesday- We did the rest of the Europe map labeling. We went over some current issues such as a pardon that Obama lead. A man released private government on WikiLeak and was sentenced 35 years in jail. While in jail, he began transitioning into a woman. Barack Obama then released her as a pardon. Next, we talked about Trump's comment about Hispanics how they will just bring drugs and that they are rapists. However, he said SOME are bad and not all Hispanics cause trouble and are terrible. Barack Obama actually deported the most immigrants compared to any other presidents. Donald plans to build a wall to keep out immigrants.
Thursday- I was gone because of an ortho for the first half of the class. When I came in he was talking about Muslims and whether or not they should be let into the country. A lot of people think Trump is racist towards Muslims and other cultures/races. Muslims are anti-Trump. Next, Trump has really no say on LGBTQ because it has already been solved. The last president to be shot was Ronald Reagan, luckily he didn’t die! Our last topic was about some of the great things Obama did during his time.
Friday- In class today, we watched the beginning of Donald Trump’s inauguration. We only got through the introductions to everyone and the setting.
