Allowed the government to pay farmers to reduce prediction so as to conserve soil and prevent erosion
It was a piece of legislation passes in response to Supreme Court
Declared AAA was unconstitutional
educated farmers on how to use their lands without damaging them
Took immediate action to contain Dust Bowl effects by planting trees and native grass
Three years aftrer the Act was adopted, soil erosion had dropped 65%
