- -fashion (clothes during that time, typical fashion) ( when u dress up like that extra credit about 10)
- -fads (Nintendo Wii for example something that might been around that was really famous but than kind of died out)
- -inventions ( for example YouTube, I phone 2003 kids carrying cellphones)
- -presidential elections ( who are the candidates, who won, why did that person win)
- Civil rights (homosexuals, African Americans)
- Major Events ( laws that shaped the decade space shuttle explosion, 9/11)
- Government scandals
- Interview, Ask someone stuff out of that time

- US is based on democracy, capitalism and freedom
- USSR is based on dictatorship, communism and control
- The Red Scare 1919
- Both thought their system was better and distrusted the others intention
- Stalin despised capitalism

- USSR fears atomic bombs
- USSR actions in their German zone
- USSR goal to spread communism around the world
