WWII: pictures
Project:
For this project we will be breaking into groups of six. Your goal will be to research your assigned country and to create a video documentary(with voiceover) or a Powerpoint presentation covering all the required topics.
One thing that will be different with this project is I want your video/Powerpoint to use mostly pictures/charts/graphs/cartoons to tell the story. That’s not to say you can’t have any information on your slides/video, but I want you to keep them to a minimum. If I were to give a percentage, I would like at least 75% of your presentation to be picture based and 25% to be information based.

Discuss the following:
-Major events that impacted their country between WWI and WWII.
-Discuss basic facts: alliance, total casualties, total cost, etc
-Tell us about their leader(s) during WWII
-background
-how they came to power
-how they lost power
-Discuss the impact of their Homefront and propaganda and what it was like in their country during the war
-Discuss major battle strategies
-Discuss major battles that the country was involved in
-Discuss other people/generals from their country in WWII that had a major impact on the war
-Discuss why they won or lost the war
-Discuss the impact WWII had on the country
