Trench Warfare- most trenches dug by hand and always being dug , hiding place for soldiers, not common in WWII. Air Forces- first used to scout enemy locations. Planes became increased with bombs, through grenades at each other, mounted with propeller, Manfred con Richthofen 80 victories known as Red Baron
