Today, a group couldn't present due to technical difficulties. So people started talking about their current event web logs. Megan talked about how tourists were captured by Somalian pirates and how they have a ransom. The Amazing Jordan Gaul talked about Obama's trip to Asia and all that went on over there. Madison talked about how The Associated Press fact-checked Palin's book and found six errors that really aren't a big deal, and how Obama has two best-seller books and he never got fact-checked on his book. We then talked for a while about how Sarah Palin's photo for Newsweek was sexist and all that because she was in a workout outfit. There were several other stories that were pretty crazy, and that's how the class went.
