Adolf Hitler was born in Austria; his father was a strict disciplinarian. He struggle in school as a child, he never fit in. He loved art, and he tried to get into art school in Vienna, Austria, but didn’t get accepted. A lot of people think Hitler got his hatred from the Jews while he was in Vienna. The first time Hitler felt like he fit in was when he joined the Germany army. After WWI he stayed in Germany and that’s where he joined the Nazi party, he didn’t start the Nazi party, he joined it. Mussolini was Hitler’s closest allies. In 1923 he was the leader of the Nazi party. They tried to throw over the Wiemar Republic in 1923. He was put in prison, and while he was in prison he wrote his book, Mein Kampf (My Struggle). In his book one thing he talks about is how the Jews got together and decided that they were going to rape other races of women and mix their race with other races. Hitler brainwashed people. He used his propaganda on the stupid people because they didn’t know any better. The smart people new Hitler was crazy and got out of Germany as soon as they could.

Joseph Stalin was going to become a preist before he became leader of the Soviet Union. In the 1920's the Kellogg- Briand Pact outlawed war. Within four years Japan broke this and they had signed it. The invasion of Manchuria by Japan happened because of the Great Depression and the high tarriffs and they needed more natural resources.
