Today we had Great Britain.
1. How did the Treaty of Versailles impact them?the treaty didnt cause GB to lose anything but they gained some colonies, but it did affect them a little bit because they were huge traders with Germany
2. What type(s) of government did this country have in the interwar years(1919-1938)? GB had a Constitutional Monarchy.
3. How did their leader, that led them throughout WWII, come to power? Winston Churchill was the prime minister.
4. How did this leader change their country(for the better and worse) prior to WWII? Churchill basically tried to keep the peoples morale up and to not surrender to germany.
5. What were the goals of the leader? to maintain GB as a great power and a democracy.
6. What was the military strategy of this country in the inter-war years(1919-1938)? to gain air superiority over GB
7. What role did they play in WWII? reorganized and modernized the navy.
8. Who were their allies in WWII? the United States, France,
9. How did WWII impact/effect the country? they lost 300,000 men and some 60,000 civilians. and they became second to the united states.
